Hello! I am Keila Vélez, The Island Gurl! I am a traveler in the makings, hobbie photographer and writer. Join me on my adventures as I set out to explore my own backyard in Puerto Rico, The Island of Enchantment, and as I discover the world abroad.

I want to discover my home and its hidden jems and share them with you. I want to show the world how beautiful Puerto Rico truely is. Many folks have never even heard of my lovely island and that is excatly why I am determind to do it justice in this blog.
